2. Work with Architects to design floor plan per your specification.
3. Submit the floor plan to get it approved by the county.
4. Work with Civil Engineering firm to get the Site Plan approved by the county.
5. Lot clearing and/or Demolition.
ExiHomes team will provide the following services in related to land development:
1. Assist you in identifying and purchase a large piece of land that can be further subdivided
2. Coordinate with Engineering firm with the General Development Plan
3. Coordinate with engineering firm and County officials to ensure all required paper work to submit rezoning application is completed.
4. Follow-up with Rezoning-department to ensure all issues/concerns raised by the rezoning department are fulfilled during the rezoning process.
5. Work with Architects to design floor plan per your specification.
6. Once the rezoning process is completed, work with contractors to create roads, curbs, gutters, and hook up with public water and sewer.
7. Coordinate with sub-contractors to complete all phases of construction (lot clearing, demolition, excavation, foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, bricks/sidings/ driveway, landscaping etc).
